White Is for Magic (Blue is for Nightmares #2)
A year has passed since Stacey Brown saved her best friend from a horrible death. Now she's having nightmares again, haunted by ghosts of the brutally murdered . . . and by a crazed stalker.
As she desperately casts healing spells, a new student named Jacob enters her world. Beautiful and mysterious, he reveals that he is also having dreams. To stop a killer, they must join together.
But can Jacob be trusted? Or will this new love cause her darkest dreams to come true?
It was fine, I liked it but I'm not that enthusiastic about it.It was better that the first one (that I completely forgot) but I can't give it more that 3/5.I enjoyed the story and I will finish the series no matter what haha
The book "White is for Magic" was written by Laurie Faria Stolarz. It's about a seventeen year-old girl named Stacy who is starting to have nightmares of people who have been killed. She found out that the nightmares are telling her that she is going to die in less than a week, and needs to figure out how to survive. Someone named Jacob came to help her because he was having dreams about her death. At first Stacey doesn't trust him, but then she starts to fall in love with him, which causes

This book started off a little slow for me, but maybe it's because I read this book before Blue is for Nightmares. The main character suffers from recurring nightmares, followed by bouts of projectile vomiting.Once I got over the grossness of the vomiting, the story began to pick up the pace and it was very difficult to put the book down. The last few chapters had me on the edge of my seat and I was satisfied with the ending.I would rate it a 3.5, but that option is not available.
Good lord, I love this series. And JACOB. Yes.
Ugh.This is one of the few books where I just said to myself "ok, that's it. I give up." and tossed it away.I stumbled accross the third book of the series Silver Is for Secrets months ago, not knowing it was part of a series and I loved it. I even cried at the end of it and I don't cry that easily. So I decided I might aswell give the entire series a try. Worst idea I've ever had. The first book was OK, I'll give Stolarz this, the storyline was exciting, the characters were not the most
Reading this book is like reading the first one in the series, blue is for nightmares. The same plot and characters, just changing names and a couple of things. That made me read really slow, as I was not interested in what is going to happen later. At least at the end, I recovered the interest for it and have a moment in there. The relationship between of Stacey with her boyfriend, mum or best friend was not developed or explained properly at all. Hopefully, the third one is going to be better
