Narration Toward Books Diplomatic Immunity (Vorkosigan Saga (Publication Order) #13)

A rich Komarran merchant fleet has been impounded at Graf Station, in distant Quaddiespace, after a bloody incident on the station docks involving a security officer from the convoy's Barrayaran military escort. Lord Miles Vorkosigan of Barrayar and his wife, Lady Ekaterin, have other things on their minds, such as getting home in time to attend the long-awaited births of their first children. But when duty calls in the voice of Barrayar's Emperor Gregor, Miles, Gregor's youngest Imperial Auditor (a special high-level troubleshooter) has no choice but to answer.

Waiting on Graf Station are diplomatic snarls, tangled loyalties, old friends, new enemies, racial tensions, lies and deceptions, mysterious disappearances, and a lethal secret with wider consequences than even Miles anticipates: a race with time for life against death in horrifying new forms.

The downside of being a troubleshooter comes when trouble starts shooting back . . .

Judgment Containing Books Diplomatic Immunity (Vorkosigan Saga (Publication Order) #13)
Now this is what I call real Miles Vorkosigan adventure! And we get some actual space in this space opera. Even with occasional space suit. Gods know I loved this one and I think this is where I'm going to stop, since wise people say it's a good idea. Unless... I get too curious one day...I'll miss you, Admiral Naismith. ;)I will miss them all.

Another rock solid entry in the continuing Vorkosigan saga, this time the theme is babies... with a side of genocide via genetically engineered plague. All in all a solid weeks work for Miles and Ekatarin.

Oh the joy, especially after a couple of very disappointing reads lately, of running headlong into the arms of my sweet Miles. Of course, I knocked him flat on his a** as I'm 12 inches taller, but Miles just laughed. He's great that way. Our time together was hindered somewhat by the presence of his new wife, Ekaterin, but I managed to ignore her completely. Miles was brilliant as usual, managing to solve a mystery at a Quaddie space station that could have precipitated a war. Not on Miles'

I'm sad that I'm now caught up with all the Miles books that have been published so far... and sad that this volume didn't live up to my expectations of the series.Granted, the Vorkosigan saga seems to weave back and forth... one good book, a couple of really amazing books, and then another one or two that are just good. This one was good, but not the dazzling hit that some of them have been. What's more, this is the first time I've ever felt cheated by Bujold's story telling. Seriously, what

I really don't want this series to end.

A buddy read with Choko and Maria. Girls, you rule!Miles Vorkosigan was on his honeymoon showing his wife wonders of the known Universe (he got to travel around a lot) when the Emperor called him back on a very complicated matter - just like Miles usually like solving. I will try to explain, but it might sound somewhat incomprehensible. Komarr is one of the planets of Barrayar Empire; rich one. Barrayar itself is more military-oriented planet. So when a merchant fleet from Komarr is assembled it

Another solid story in the Vorkosigan cannon. A galactic "whodunit" wherein Miles once again risk life and limb for the beloved empire. Some old familiar characters return; and grace triumphs over pride. Lady Vorkosigan is really growing into the role. She seems to be made for this, but I think there is just so much more to explore and not as much time was spent with her as I would have liked. With these clones who need aliens! There are some strange genetics in this one. How scientifically
