Description As Books Goddess Boot Camp (Oh. My. Gods. #2)

Goddess bootcamp definitely wasn't as good as the first book in this series, Oh. My. Gods. However, I did enjoy learning more about Phoebe, Stella, Griffin, and even Adara.

My favorite part in this book was definitely the scenes with Phoebe and Stella. We see how both of them actually care for one another. And we find out how Stella has her own crush she's pining for!

Daemon and Phoebe's mom were there, always supportive of Phoebe's uncontrollable powers.

I found the whole theme, controlling your powers, quite unoriginal. I mean, how many authors use that plot line? Like 500 million! (Okay, maybe I am exaggerating, just a little) anyway, I found the whole newfound power thing quite boring. The author hardly even put her own twist on it!

Griffin is as amazing as ever. But, of course, I liked the romantic tension in the first book better...

All in all, I enjoyed learning more about some wonderful characters, but I won't be reading this again!

2.5 stars- I liked it, in the way a person likes a remote control, we always worship the tv more!

Weigh Up Based On Books Goddess Boot Camp (Oh. My. Gods. #2)
Wish there were more of these cute books. I am kinda sad there isn't a third book in this series. This series is cute. Really cute. Granted if you are looking for the Odyssey this isn't it, but if you are looking for a light & fluffy read this is the books for you.

Just author wish fulfillment. Annoying and boring as hell

DO NOT READ THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE READ OH. MY. GODS.!!!!!Phoebe made the team and got the man of her dreams, but things are far from perfect. Since Nike's her great-grandmother, her powers are very strong and a little (okay, a lot) out of control. The gods aren't happy about this and decide to test her. The problem is that she doesn't know when or where this test will be. Damien enrolls her in Goddess Boot Camp where she's stuck with Stella, Adara, and a herd of 10-year-olds all day. Along with

"Goddess Boot camp?' she gasps. 'Seriously?" (14)I liked this book and it kept me interested, however I felt like there was too much happening within the plot. It was sometimes overwhelming to keep up with, causing a lack of understanding. I felt like there was too much happening to leave for a good ending, leaving too many loose ends. This book was a quick read, as I read it in about 2 days. I would recommend it to anyone into Greek Mythology!

A great sequel to Oh. My. Gods.! The author infuses such great humor into this series that I laughed out loud again and again. The novel also provides great storylines about family, relationships, and being true to yourself and following your dreams. Sad to see Phoebe's story end but I thoroughly enjoyed the ride! Can't wait to read Tera Lynn Childs' Forgive My Fins now!

Along with trying to discover the mystery of her fathers death, Phoebe also had to learn to trust Griffin. Even though they had been dating for nine months, when he started hanging out with his ex-girlfriend again, she started to doubt him...For fans of mythology and Childss books, this is a perfect addition to your collection. For the rest of the review, simply follow the link: http://www.aleisuremoment.com/2015/07... Oh. My. Gods.

This was so frustrating, because (and I am saying it this way so as to avoid specific spoilers) because the main character spends the entire book desperately wanting to do a thing which she then decides NOT TO DO even though she is completely capable of DOING THE THING and everyone spent the entire book trying to help her DO THE THING. Also, it seems pretty clear the author was planning on a 3rd book, because they left some pretty loose ends flailing about, but if there is a 3rd, I will not be
