Interpretation Supposing Books Negeri Para Bedebah (Negeri Para Bedebah #1)
Okay well, I’ll just have to be honest. I was very excited to jump into this book and the topic of our current world’s currency already pulled me in. It was very exciting to go through the first 200 pages because you don’t know what exactly to expect. But then the book goes on and I go “bleh”. There’s too much action and not enough characterization. Scene after scene and fighting and running; it’s action all the way. And to be quite honest, after skimming the last 160 pages, I didn’t feel bad. At all. I knew what was coming and it’s not something I would be surprised by because I saw the pattern all along. Disappointed would be too exaggerating but I don’t have any other way to explain it. This book, while it discusses an important topic, I don’t find really meaningful to me. And since my friend said it was one of his favorites, I can’t be even more disappointed.
