Now she is incredibly old, too much to work as a Pink Lady. Unlike the rest of the hospital staff, Mamie-Rose does notOscar and the lady in pink is one of the best books Ive read. Although the story line is a sad one, the book had me laughing a lot at some points. This book is about a little boy who has terminal cancer and has been given 10 days to live. In those 10 days, he ages and matures just like he wouldve done if his life wasnt cut short and writes letters to God telling him all about his adventures. Granny Rose (the lady in pink) gives Oscar the courage to live the rest of his life the way he wants,
This is such a sad story, but at the same time beautiful beyond words... It deeply touched my heart...

A life lesson in 100 pages! I lived 100 years in 1 hour. Everyone should read this heartbreaking book!
